摘  要:传统的钻孔瓦斯抽采技术虽在一定程度上有效,但仍存在诸多局限性,尤其是在防喷、防火和防尘方面的不足。针对这些问题,通过对常规防喷装置进行深入分析,研制了一种新型瓦斯防喷装置。该装置集成了孔口集尘装置、钻杆尾部抽采、风水联动装置及引射流除尘器等多种创新技术,旨在全面提高瓦斯抽采的安全性和效率。现场试验表明,该装置取得了显著成效,实现了瓦斯零超限的目标,为煤矿瓦斯治理提供了技术参考。While the traditional drilling gas extraction techniques are somewhat effective,they still present several limitations,particularly in aspects of burst prevention,fire safety and dust control.In response to these problems,through an in-depth analysis of the conventional burst prevention devices,developed a new type gas burst prevention device.This device integrates a variety of innovative approaches,including orifice dust collection device,tail-end extraction through drilling rod,pneumatic-hydraulic linkage device and ejector dust collector,so as to substantially enhance the safety and efficiency of gas extraction.Field tests show that this device obtains a significant effectiveness,and achieves the objective of gas zero exceedance,which provides a technical reference for gas control and management in coal mine.
