摘  要:为解决掘锚工作面原除尘措施降尘效果不佳问题,以某矿5103胶运顺槽掘锚工作面为研究对象,通过Fluent软件对掘锚工作面原通风除尘方式和优化改进后的风流分布、粉尘运移进行模拟分析,在此基础上增加挡尘帘喷雾降尘措施,结合现场实际应用进行验证,得出适合于掘锚工作面的配套除尘措施。结果表明:采用掘锚一体机配套除尘器的抽尘风道,加大除尘器的抽风量,使其与供风量匹配(即压抽风量比为0.9),掘锚工作面粉尘浓度显著降低;当抽风量为450 m3/min、开启1#和2#控风口、挡尘帘距巷邦200 mm时,主要人员位置粉尘浓度最低;增加挡尘帘喷雾降尘措施后,掘锚工作面主要人员位置总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘降尘效率最高可达到91.50%和80.53%,有效改善了掘锚工作面的作业环境。In order to solve the problem of poor dust removal effect of the original dust removal measures in the excavation and anchor working face,the 5103 belt transportation roadway excavation and anchor working face in a coal mine was taken as the research object,and the original ventilation and dust removal method of the excavation and anchor working face and the optimized and improved air flow distribution and dust movement were simulated and analyzed through Fluent software.On this basis,the dust curtain spray dust removal measures were added,verified with the actual application on the site,and the matching dust removal measures suitable for the excavation and anchor face were obtained.The results show that by using the dust extraction duct of the anchor digging machine matched with the dust collector,increasing the suction volume of the dust collector,and matching it with the air supply volume(i.e.the pressure suction ratio is 0.9),the dust concentration of the excavation and anchor working face is significantly reduced.When the ventilation volume is 450 m3/min,the No.1 and No.2 air control vents are opened and the distance between the dust curtain and the alley is 200 mm,the dust concentration at the main personnel position is the lowest.After adding the dust curtain spray dust removal measures,the total dust and respirable dust removal efficiency of the main personnel positions in the excavation and anchor working face can reach 91.50%and 80.53%at the highest,effectively improves the working environment of the excavation and anchor working face.
