摘  要:随着煤矿智能化开采技术的不断发展和进步,各类传感器、控制器等智能设备需要采集和传输的数据量越发庞大。液压支架电液控制器在收发数据出现通信延迟或者数据丢失时会对液压支架的运作控制产生干扰,甚至会产生不可估量的损失。为了解决液压支架电液控制器之间的数据通信问题,提出了基于以太网通信技术、CAN总线通信技术和无线通信技术的自适应通信网络技术,并应用于液压支架电液控制器的设计与数据的通信。该自适应通信网络算法实现了对各数据传输网络的实时监测与最优数据传输网络的自适应选择,可有效提高液压支架电液控制器之间的数据通信可靠性。With the continuous development and progress of intelligent coal mining technology,the amount of data collected and transmitted by various intelligent devices such as sensors and controllers is increasingly enormous.Delays in data transmission or data loss in hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controllers can interfere with the operation control of hydraulic supports,and even lead to immeasurable losses.To solve the problem of data communication among hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controllers,proposed an adaptive communication network technology based on Ethernet communication technology,CAN bus communication technology and wireless communication technology,which is applied to the design of the hydraulic support electro-hydraulic control system and the communication of data.The adaptive communication network algorithm achieves real-time monitoring of various data transmission networks and the adaptive selection of the optimal data transmission network,and effectively enhances the reliability of data communication among hydraulic support electro-hydraulic controllers.
