摘　　要：为提高刮板输送机的可靠性和稳定性,确保其在运行过程中持续高效工作,并在出现故障或危险情况时迅速采取适当的控制措施,设计了一种断链智能监测系统,对刮板输送机的运行状态和链条完整性进行实时监测。该系统包括报警通知、断链监测、闭锁控制、可视化平台等功能。将该系统应用于工程实践中,可明显降低刮板输送机断链故障排查的滞后性,减少人工成本。In order to improve the reliability and stability of the scraper conveyor,ensure its continuous and efficient operation,and take appropriate control measures quickly in the event of failure or danger,an broken chain intelligent monitoring system was designed to monitor the running state and chain integrity of scraper conveyor in real time.The system includes alarm notification,chain break monitoring,latch-up control,visualization platform and other functions.The application of the system in the engineering practice can obviously reduce the delay of the broken chain fault detection of the scraper conveyor and reduce the labor cost.
