摘　　要：随着公安工作现代化的不断推进,大数据逐渐成为数字化信息化时代形成和提升新质公安战斗力的引擎。对新型警务运行模式进行理论阐释,既可以从理论、时代和行业三重逻辑角度分析大数据赋能新质公安战斗力的内驱动因,从而回答“为什么”的问题;同时,也可以厘清大数据与新质公安战斗力深度内嵌和全面耦合的价值,回答“要什么”的问题;在此基础上,还可以深入探索具象化的策略,从而回答“如何做”的问题。With the continuous advancement of the modernization of public security work,big data has gradually become the engine for the formation and promotion of new-quality public security combat effectiveness in the digital information age.The theoretical explanation of the new police operation mode can not only analyze the internal driving reasons of big data enabling new quality public security combat effectiveness from the three logic angles of theory,times and industry,so as to answer the question of "why";At the same time,it can also clarify the value of deep embedding and comprehensive coupling of big data and new quality public security combat effectiveness,and answer the question of "what to want";Based on this,you can also explore concrete strategies to answer the "how to" question.
