摘 要:壳聚糖富含氨基、羟基等活性基团,可与染料形成配合物。此外,壳聚糖具有生物降解性、生物相容性、成本低和资源丰富等特点,是一种绿色无污染的材料。然而,壳聚糖的有机凝胶结构单一,限制了其对染料的吸附性能。为了克服这个挑战,研究使用壳聚糖和醋酸铜制备了具有三维网络结构的金属有机凝胶。通过调节壳聚糖和醋酸铜的配比,可以调控凝胶的结构、比表面积和孔隙,并研究其染料吸附机理。研究结果显示,这种具有三维网络结构的金属有机凝胶对甲基橙染料的去除率达到了49%。干凝胶对甲基橙染料的吸附符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,从动力学角度分析属于拟一级动力学,表明它是可逆的物理吸附过程,染料可进行二次利用。壳聚糖基金属有机凝胶在染料吸附领域具有广阔的应用前景。Chitosan has rich activity groups such as amino and hydroxyl,which can form complexes with dyes.In addition,chitosan has characteristics of biodegradability,biocompatibility,low cost,and abundant resources,making it a green and pollution-free material.However,the single organic gel structure of chitosan limits its adsorption performance for dyes.To overcome this challenge,chitosan and copper acetate were used to prepare metalorganic gels with a three-dimensional network structure.By adjusting the ratio of chitosan and copper acetate,the structure,specific surface area,and porosity of the gel could be controlled,and the dye adsorption mechanism was studied.The results showed that the metal organic gel with a threedimensional network structure achieved a removal rate of 49% for methyl orange.The adsorption of dry gel on methyl orange followed the Freundlich isotherm adsorption model and belonged to pseudo-first-order kinetics from a kinetic perspective,indicating that it was a reversible physical adsorption process and the dye could be reused.Chitosan-based metal organic gels have broad application prospects in the field of dye adsorption.
