电场预处理对养猪废水处理中藻菌共生体膜污染的影响研究

摘  要:将电场预处理与藻菌共生膜生物反应器相结合可以有效提高养猪废水处理的效果和生物质产量。然而,电场预处理对微生物分泌的胞外聚合物及其在超滤过程中膜污染的影响和作用机制还需要进一步研究。本研究通过设置多组实验对比分析来考察经过电场预处理和未经电场处理的废水在藻菌共生体处理后,EPS组分的通量衰减特征和膜污染模型的变化趋势。同时,利用多种表征手段对各EPS组分在超滤膜污染方面的贡献和作用进行对比分析,以探究电场对藻菌共生体膜污染的影响和作用机制。研究结果显示,相比未经电场处理组,电场预处理组的膜污染程度明显较轻,电场预处理能够显著影响微生物分泌的EPS,并有效地延缓膜污染的发生。进一步的过滤实验揭示了不同EPS组分对膜污染的贡献,SMP对膜污染的贡献最大,其次是LB-EPS和TB-EPS。同时,膜面污染物成分的测定结果表明,多糖和蛋白质类物质是造成膜污染的主要成分。在EPS各组分中,蛋白质、多糖和腐殖酸的含量在SMP中最高。因此,合理调控SMP在EPS中的比重是控制膜污染的关键因素。Combining electrochemical pretreatment with microalgae-bacteria symbiotic membrane bioreactor can effectively improve the treatment efficiency and biomass production in pig wastewater treatment.However,the effects and mechanisms of electrochemical pretreatment on the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) secretion of microorganisms and membrane fouling during the ultrafiltration process require further investigation.In this study,multiple sets of experimental comparisons were conducted to investgate the flux attenuation characteristics of EPS components and the variation trend of membrane fouling model after the wastewater treated by microalgae-bacteria symbiotic system with and without electrochemical pretreatment.Various characterization methods were employed to compare and analyze the contributions and effects of different EPS components on membrane fouling,aiming to explore the influence and mechanism of electrochemical pretreatment on membrane fouling in microalgae-bacteria symbiotic system.The results revealed that the membrane fouling degree in the electrochemical pretreatment group was significantly lower than that in the non-pretreatment group.Electrochemical pretreatment had a significant impact on the EPS secretion of microorganisms,thereby effectively delaying membrane fouling.Further analysis of the contributions of each EPS component to membrane fouling through filtration experiments revealed that soluble microbial products(SMP) made the greatest contribution,followed by loosely bound EPS(LB-EPS) and tightly bound EPS(TB-EPS).The determination of membrane surface pollutants composition indicated that polysaccharides and protein-like substances were the main culprits causing membrane fouling.Among the various EPS components,SMP had the highest content of protein,polysaccharides,and humic acid.Therefore,rational regulation of the proportion of SMP in EPS is crucial for controlling membrane fouling.
