摘 要:通过建设两组2.5 m^(3)/h的试验装置,分别以改良Bardenpho工艺与改良AAO工艺运行,在同一进水条件下探索两种工艺的最佳运行参数和调控方式,并通过微氧控制、多点进水等措施,在不加碳源下实现改良Bardenpho工艺出水水质优于一级A排放标准及低碳运行,并与改良AAO工艺对比抗冲击负荷能力和运行能耗。结果表明,在16℃以上改良Bardenpho工艺可通过将好氧区控制在1.0~1.5 mg/L,后置好氧区DO控制在2.0~2.5 mg/L左右,并采用多点进水比55%:30%:15%强化脱氮效果,可稳定实现出水达到地表水准Ⅳ类标准的要求(TN=7~9 mg/L),同时可节省约2.5%的能耗;在16℃以下可通过增大内回流、延长污泥龄和增大曝气量等优化措施保证出水水质达到一级A排放标准;低温下氮和磷依然是这两种工艺达到地表水准Ⅳ类的技术难点,仍需要增设强化脱氮单元和化学除磷,以保证出水稳定优质。Two sets of 2.5 m^(3)/h test units were constructed,operated with modified Bardenpho process and modified AAO process respectively.The optimal operating parameters and control modes of the two processes under the same influent conditions were explored.Effluent quality better than the first-class A emission standard and low-carbon operation were achieved through micro-oxygen control,multi-point water inlet and other measures,without adding external carbon sources.Simultaneously,the impact load resistance and energy consumption of the two processes were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the modified Bardenpho process can stably meet the requirements of surface level IV standard(TN=7~9 mg/L) by controlling the DO of the aerobic zone and post aerobic zone at 1.0~1.5 mg/L and around 2.0~2.5 mg/L respectively,and strengthening the denitrification effect by using a multi-point influent ratio of 55%:30%:15% at temperatures above 16 ℃,while saving about 2.5% of energy consumption.Under 16 ℃,optimization measures such as increasing internal reflux,prolonging sludge age,and increasing aeration can be taken to ensure that the effluent quality meets the first-class A discharge standard.At low temperatures,nitrogen and phosphorus remain the technical difficulties for these two processes to reach the requirements of surface level IV standard,and it is still necessary to add enhanced denitrification units and chemical phosphorus removal to ensure stable and high-quality effluent.
