摘  要:依据合金设计准则并参考钼当量[Mo]eq及Kβ稳定系数设计了两种低成本的β型钛合金,名义成分Ti-9Mo-4Cr-Fe-4.6Al(1#)和Ti-9Mo-4Cr-Fe-4.6Al-0.3O(2#),研究了该两种合金铸态及不同时效条件下的组织及性能。利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)观察与分析了该合金不同时效态的组织,进行了维氏硬度和压缩性能测试。结果表明:1#和2#合金分别在550℃/8 h及520℃/(2~5)h具有最好的析出效果。性能变化结果为:时效处理后两种合金最高硬度分别为608.83 HV10和650.35 HV10;最好的压缩性能为:1#合金压缩屈服强度和抗压强度分别为1404 MPa和1562 MPa,压缩率为9%;2#合金压缩屈服强度和抗压强度分别为1405 MPa和1561 MPa,压缩率为21%。因此,为了获得良好的塑性,含O钛合金的时效温度应选在520℃。According to the alloy design criteria with reference to Mo equivalent([Mo]eq)andβphase stability coefficient(Kβ),two low cost titanium alloys with nominal components of Ti-9Mo-4Cr-Fe-4.6Al(1#)and Ti-9Mo-4Cr-Fe-4.6Al-0.3O(2#)were designed.The microstructure and mechanical properties under as-cast and different aging conditions were studied.The microstructure of two alloys under different aging conditions were observed and analyzed by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The Vickers hardness and compression properties were tested.The results show that 1#and 2#alloy have the best precipitation effect at 550℃/8 h and 520℃for 2-5 h respectively.The mechanical performance results are as follows:the maximum hardness of the two alloys after aging treatment are 608.83 HV10 and 650.35 HV10 respectively.The compressive yield strength and compressive strength of 1#alloy are 1404 MPa and 1562 MPa respectively,the compression ratio is 9%.The compressive yield strength and compressive strength of 2#alloy are 1405 MPa and 1561 MPa respectively,the compression ratio is 21%.Therefore,in order to obtain a excellent plasticity,the aging temperature of titanium alloy containing O should be selected at 520℃.
