摘  要:研究了近室温条件下低能脉冲电流处理对淬回火态GCr15轴承钢硬度及摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用光学显微镜(OM)及X射线衍射技术(XRD)对脉冲电流处理前后试样的显微组织进行了表征,讨论了脉冲电流处理中峰值电流密度对试样显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能的影响规律,以及脉冲电流处理后试样的显微组织变化对其显微硬度及摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明:随着峰值电流密度的增加,试样显微硬度不断下降,耐磨性先提升后降低;与未处理试样相比,当峰值电流密度为130 A/mm^(2)时,GCr15轴承钢的摩擦系数最小,磨损率由2.08×10^(-5) N^(-1)·m^(-1)降为1.67×10^(-5) N-1·m^(-1),耐磨性最优。分析认为,脉冲电流处理可促进GCr15试样在极短时间内发生二次回火,且回火程度随电流密度增大而增加,促使回火马氏体中过饱和碳原子的析出并形成细小碳化物,进而改善GCr15轴承钢的摩擦磨损性能。The effects of the electropulsing treatment at near room temperature on the microhardness and tribological properties of quenched and tempered GCr15 bearing steel were investigated.The microstructures of specimens before and after pulse treatment were characterized by optical microscope(OM)and X-ray diffraction technique(XRD).The influence of peak current density of electropulsing treatment on the microhardness and tribological properties of the samples and the influence of microstructure change on the microhardness and tribological properties of the sample after electropulsing treatment were discussed.The results show that with the increase of peak current density,the microhardness of samples decreases,and the wear resistance increases first and then decreases.Compared with the untreated sample,when the peak current density is 130 A/mm^(2),the friction coefficient of GCr15 bearing steel decreases from 2.08×10^(-5) N^(-1)·m^(-1) to 1.67×10^(-5) N^(-1)·m^(-1),and the wear resistance is the best.It indicates that electropulsing treatment can promote the secondary tempering of GCr15 sample in a very short time and the tempering degree increases with the increase of current density,which causes carbon precipitation from supersaturated martensite and the formation of fine carbide,then the friction and wear properties of GCr15 bearing steel are improved.
