摘 要:以ZL105为基体,多孔碳为碳源,采用压力铸造法制备铝/石墨复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其进行微观物相形貌分析。通过对硬度及压缩强度的测定得到其力学性能。结果表明,多孔碳能较好地与基体结合。复合材料的硬度为基体合金的94.5%,压缩强度为基体的37%,复合材料的力学性能降低。研究了复合材料在不同温度下(25~350℃)的摩擦性能,发现复合材料在高温下具有更好的耐磨性。当温度达到300℃时,基体合金失效,而复合材料能够承受的温度达到350℃。Aluminum/graphite composites were prepared by pressure casting with ZL105 as matrix and porous carbon as carbon source,the microscopic phase morphology was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and scanning electron microscope,and the mechanical properties were obtained by measuring hardness and compressive strength.The results show that porous carbon can bond well with matrix.The hardness of the composite is 94.5%of the matrix alloy and the compressive strength is 37%of the matrix.The mechanical properties of the composite are reduced.The friction properties of the composites at different temperatures(25-350℃)were studied,and it is found that the composites have better wear resistance at high temperature.When the temperature reaches 300℃,the matrix alloy fails,while the composite can withstand a temperature of 350℃.
