网络空间铸牢中华民族共同体意识的价值逻辑、现实挑战及实践进路

摘　　要：中华民族共同体意识是中华民族伟大复兴的信念汇聚和心理依托。网络空间重塑了传统社会模式下基于亲缘、地缘的社会连接模式,拉近了各族人民的人际距离、心理距离和情感距离,成为各族人民生产生活的新场域和新载体。当前,我国网络生态持续向好,基于价值认同、情感互动的网络虚拟社群为各民族间经济、文化及情感交流提供了沉浸式体验空间,不断强化着各民族对中华民族身份的自觉认同和主动归属意识。另一方面,网络空间中仍然存在着网络复杂特性日益熵增、网络民族主义潜在弥散、国际敌对势力不断渗透等复杂问题,对新时代民族工作提出了严峻的现实挑战。为此,在实践层面,应着力于掌握民族领域网络意识形态教育主导权、话语权和管理权;发挥数字技术优势提升媒体传播实效;建立完备的民族法律规范体系,营造各族儿女共居共学、共事共乐的清朗网络空间,为实现中华民族伟大复兴注入强劲动力。Cyberspace has reshaped the conventional paradigms of social interconnectedness based on kinship and geography.This transformation has significantly narrowed the interpersonal,psychological,and emotional barriers between people of various ethnic groups and the society they live in.Cyberspace has evolved into a new field,serving as both a platform and conduit for the activities and lifestyles of people of all ethnic groups.Related research suggests that cyberspace,as a reflection and virtual extension of real life,has comprehensively expanded the spatial field inhabited by diverse ethnic communities,becoming a new carrier of interethnic communication and integration,a new channel for information dissemination,and a new platform for ethnic affairs governance.Results also indicate that cyberspace,as a novel form of social space,has not only reshaped the basic structure of today s society but has also changed the original ecology of communication,interaction,and integration among various ethnic groups.Despite its virtual nature,the interconnectivity and interdependence exhibited among individuals of diverse ethnic backgrounds within cyberspace are real and not illusory:Individuals engage in economic transactions,cultural exchanges,and emotional bonding in the online space.Consequently,their emotional dependence and positive identification with the overarching Chinese national community continue to be consolidated and deepened.Hence,the inference can be drawn that forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation in cyberspace not only is a practical measure to promote the healthy development of ethnic relations,but also a necessary measure to advance the modernization agenda of ethnic affairs governance.Generally speaking,China's current online ecosystem continues to improve,and findings reveal virtual communities based on value identification and emotional interaction provide an immersive experience space for economic,cultural,and emotional exchanges among various ethnic groups.Consequently,they contribute
