中国话语权建构的历史演进、理论创新与对外传播路径

摘　　要：从话语权的角度来说,中国共产党经历了从无到有、从弱到强、从被动到主动的百年演进历程,历尽艰辛但终有所成,形成了新民主主义、社会主义、中国特色社会主义的话语体系及其经验做法。习近平总书记深谙中国话语之道,在多种场合就加强中国话语权建设发表重要论述,明确提出了新时代中国话语体系建构的目标、内涵、路径、方式和价值。习近平总书记关于中国话语的理论创新,为新时代中国话语权建设提供了根本遵循和顶层设计。要提高中国话语的国际影响力,必须讲好中国和平发展故事、中国优秀传统文化故事、中国特色社会主义故事、中国人故事、中国梦故事和新时代故事,依托伟大的、生动的中国实践,补齐中国话语对外传播的短板和弱项,打赢国际话语权攻坚战、争夺战。From the perspective of discourse power,the Communist Party of China has experienced the century-old evolution from nothing to something,from weak to strong,from passive to active.It has gone through hardships but finally achieved something,forming the discourse system and its empirical practices in different stages,such as new democracy,socialism,socialism with Chinese characteristics and the New Era.General Secretary Xi Jinping is well versed in the way of Chinese discourse.He has made important remarks on strengthening the construction of China′s discourse power on various occasions,and clearly put forward the goals,connotations,paths,methods and values of the construction of China′s discourse system in the new era.To get out of the predicament and low status of China′s discourse,we must better tell China′s peaceful development stories,China′s fine traditional culture stories,the stories of socialism with Chinese characteristics,the stories of the Chinese people,the stories of the Chinese dream and the stories of the new era.Relying on the great and vivid Chinese practice,the weak points and weaknesses of China′s international communications need to be improved so as to win the international discourse battle.
