摘　　要：目的调查三级及以上综合医院神经外科护士对创伤性脑损伤患者颅内压监测及分级护理知信行现状。方法采取便利抽样法,选取2023年3月江苏省13个地级市的13所三级及以上综合医院304名神经外科护士进行问卷调查,采用自行设计的一般资料表、颅内压监测及分级护理知信行问卷调查神经外科护士对颅内压监测及护理的知识、态度和行为情况,并进行影响因素分析。调查问卷的内容效度为0.855。结果共收回294份问卷。知识、态度、行为的得分分别为(15.05±4.27)分、(23.56±5.02)分和(30.91±6.75)分,总分为(69.52±12.87)分。职称、科室类别、护士类别等是神经外科护士对颅内压监测及分级护理知信行总体水平的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论护理领导者应充分重视神经外科护士的临床培训需求,开展颅内压监测及分级护理的基础知识和临床实践技能的培训,医院也应大力开展神经外科护士专科培训,提高护士在知识和技能方面的水平。Objective This study aims to investigate the current status of neurosurgical nurses'knowledge,beliefs,and be-haviors regarding intracranial hypertension(ICP)monitoring and graded care for patients with traumatic brain injury in tertiary or high-er-level general hospitals.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 304 neurosurgi-cal nurses from 12 tertiary and above tertiary general hospitals in Jiangsu Province in February 2023.The survey consisted of a self-designed general information form,and a questionnaire of intracranial hypertension monitoring and graded nursing care knowledge and beliefs.The analysis of influencing factors was conducted.The content validity of the survey was 0.855.Results A total of 294 questionnaires were returned.The scores for knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors were(15.05±4.27),(23.56±5.02),and(30.91±6.75),respectively,with a total score of(69.52±12.87).Age,title,years of experience,different work units,and different categories of nurses were the main factors influencing the levels of knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors of neurosurgical nurses regarding ICP monitoring and graded care(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing leaders should pay due attention to the clinical training needs of neurosurgical nurses and develop training in the basics of intracranial pressure monitoring and graded care as well as clinical practice skills.Hospitals should vigorously pursue specialty training for neurosurgical nurses to improve their knowledge and skills.
