摘  要:变应性疾病是全世界影响最广泛的慢性疾病之一,肥大细胞是Ⅰ型变态反应最主要的终末效应细胞,IgE与其肥大细胞表面高亲和力受体FcεRⅠ的结合是启动肥大细胞级联反应释放炎性介质的关键步骤。阻断或抑制肥大细胞膜上IgEFcεRⅠ的交联,从而影响肥大细胞活化已成为变应性疾病防治的有效策略和研究热点。文章从阻断IgE抗体、IgE-FcεRⅠ结合以及FcεRⅠ受体三个方面就靶向肥大细胞上IgE和FcεRⅠ防治变应性疾病的策略及相关机制进行综述。Allergic diseases are one of the most widespread chronic diseases in the world.Mast cells are the most predominant end-effector cells of type I allergic reaction.The binding of IgE to its high affinity receptor FcεRⅠon the surface of mast cells is a key step to initiate the cascade reaction of mast cell to release inflammatory mediators.Blocking or inhibiting the cross-linking of IgE-FcεRI on hypertrophic cell membrane to affect mast cell activation has become an effective strategy and research focus for the prevention and treatment of allergic diseases.This article reviews the strategies and related mechanisms of targeting IgE and FεRⅠon mast cells to prevent allergic diseases from three aspects:blocking IgE antibody,IgE-FεRⅠbinding and FεRⅠreceptor.
