电力革命新趋势与超大城市发展路径探索——以广州为例

摘  要:本文系统分析推动电力革命升级的理论基础、技术基础和发展阶段,发现电力革命升级不仅可以促进能源革命,而且可以促进智能革命,乃至电力与智能融合的革命。以广州等为代表的超大城市发展基础较好,可以把握电力革命新趋势,以电力革命升级推动产业实现换道超车,探索发展新路径:一是加快完善有利于电力革命升级的制度机制,二是支持在穗大院大所大平台丰富电力革命升级的理论供给,三是推动在穗企业拓展电能转化应用的产品和场景,四是广泛集聚推动电力革命升级的各类人才。This paper comprehensively analyzes the theoretical foundations,technical underpinnings,and development stages that drive the evolution of the electric revolution.It posits that the advancement of the electric revolution not only catalyzes the energy sector but also fuels the rise of intelligent technologies,potentially leading to a convergence of electricity and intelligence revolutions.Mega-cities like Guangzhou city of China posses a solid foundation for development and can adeptly align with the emerging trends of the electric revolution.The evolution of the electric revolution can propel industries towards greater achievements through strategic shifts.This paper proposes that Guangzhou can forge a novel development trajectory through the following initiatives:firstly,accelerate the refinement of the institutional mechanisms conducive to advancing electric revolution;secondly,support major institutions,research institutes and innovation platforms in Guangzhou to enhance the theoretical discourse surrounding the power revolution evolution;thirdly,encourage enterprises in Guangzhou to diversify their product offerings and applications of electric energy conversion;fourthly,foster a collaborative environment that attracts diverse talents dedicated to propelling the advancement of the electric revolution.
