摘　　要：在人工智能与数字化发展的背景下,企业面临着数字化转型战略的转变,而数字资源和资源编排方式在企业转型过程中发挥重要作用。本文以广州励丰文化科技有限公司为案例研究对象,揭示了企业在数字化转型过程中如何发掘新价值并针对新价值定位重构资源编排体系。研究发现,企业需要在数字系统构建的基础之上,实现资源编排知识的数字化转换,接着在互联网中将原资源编排知识与新市场需求匹配确立新价值,之后,根据新价值“数字资源+原关键资源+新资源”的新资源结构,打造数字化内外部资源纽带,并通过数字化模式(平台)吸收整合外部资源。本研究整合知识基础观与资源编排理论两个重要的理论流派,探索了企业动态资源编排的全新理论视角,研究探讨企业数字化转型时新价值体系建立的过程机理,为当前数字化转型企业重构资源配置的运营模式或组织模式提供了理论借鉴。Under the background of artificial intelligence and digital development,enterprises are also facing the transformation of digital transformation strategy,and digital resources and the way of resource arrangement are also an important part in the process of enterprise transformation.Based on the case study of Guangzhou Lifeng Culture&Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper reveals how enterprises explore new value and reconstruct the resource arrangement system in the process of digital transformation.It is found that enterprises need to realize the digitization of the knowledge of resource arrangement based on the construction of digital system,and then match the knowledge of resource arrangement with the needs of new market in the Internet to establish new value,according to the new resource structure of new value“Digital resources+original key resources+new resources”,to build digital internal and external resource ties,and to absorb and integrate external resources through digital mode(platform).This study integrates the knowledge-based view and the resource arrangement theory,and explores a new theoretical perspective of enterprise dynamic resource arrangement,probes into the process mechanism of the establishment of the new value system during the digital transformation of enterprises,and provides a theoretical reference for the current digital transformation enterprises to reconstruct the operation mode or the organization mode of resource allocation.
