某工业园区恶臭指纹谱及其溯源应用

摘  要:对某沿海工业园区内的印染、危废焚烧、石油化工、塑料制品、制药行业的5个典型工业源排放的挥发性有机物(VOCs)和臭气浓度进行定量分析,臭气浓度值在97~741之间,均存在一定的恶臭污染。从定量分析的116种有机污染物中筛选出24种物质作为恶臭指纹谱指标物质,根据归一化浓度绘制各工业源的指纹谱,并利用分歧系数法分析不同工业源指纹谱的差异化程度,分歧系数范围为0.625~0.915,说明不同工业排放源存在较大差异。研究结果可为该工业园区内的恶臭污染溯源及管控提供科学依据。Based on quantitative analysis of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and odor concentrations emitted by five typical industrial sources,including dyeing,hazardous waste incineration,petrochemical,plastic manufactur⁃ing and pharmaceuticals in a coastal industrial zone,the odor concentration values were 97~741,all of which had cer⁃tain odor pollution.The 24 typical components were selected as odor fingerprint index substances from 116 quantita⁃tively analyzed organic pollutants,and the fingerprint spectrum of each industrial source was plotted according to the normalized concentration.The divergence coefficient method was used to analyze the differentiation of the fingerprint spectrum of different industrial sources,and the divergence coefficient range was 0.625~0.915,indicating that finger⁃print spectrum was good for identifying the odor characteristics of different sources.The research results can provide scientific basis for the traceability and control of odor pollution from this industrial zone.
