摘　　要：炎症性皮肤病是由于免疫系统失调导致皮肤组织破坏而引起的一组疾病,常见类型包括银屑病、特应性皮炎等。近年来,炎症性皮肤病的疾病概念、发病机制、治疗方法等方面均取得了诸多进展。炎症性皮肤病的传统治疗大致包括外用药物、系统治疗、光疗等方法,目前在临床治疗中仍具有一定价值。随着医学的快速进展,新型靶向特异性致病因子的生物制剂和小分子药物层出不穷,为患者带来显著的临床获益。站在历史转折之处,需充分评估用药利弊,将传统系统治疗与新型靶向治疗进行有机结合,以科学、谨慎的态度为患者提供适宜的治疗选择。Inflammatory skin diseases are a group of diseases caused by immune system dysfunction leading to the destruction of skin tissue,including common types such as psoriasis and atopic dermatitis.In recent years,significant progress has been made in the concept,pathogenesis,and treatment methods of inflammatory skin diseases.The traditional treatment methods for inflammatory skin diseases generally include topical medication,systemic therapy,phototherapy,etc.Currently,they still have certain value in the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases.New biological agents and small molecule drugs targeting specific pathogenic factors are constantly emerging,bringing significant clinical benefits to patients.Standing at a turning point in history,we need to fully evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of medication,organically combine traditional systemic therapy with new targeted therapy,and provide patients with the most suitable treatment options with a scientific and cautious attitude.
