摘  要:为了给海底管道弃置提供完整的技术支持,以海底管道弃置流程分析与实例相结合的方式,介绍海底管道弃置方案的决策流程、关键问题和解决方法。建立指导弃置作业的标准框架,将方案制定分为信息收集、方案构造、方案比选、计划执行等4个阶段。阐述各阶段的工作内容和关注重点。在此基础上,结合海底管道弃置实例,阐述在弃置过程中各弃置方法的使用情形及影响,从多个角度对比各方法的特点,以期为具体工程提供指导和借鉴。In order to provide complete technical support for the disposal of submarine pipelines,the decision-making process,key issues and solutions for the disposal plan of the submarine pipelines are introduced by combining the analysis of the disposal process of the submarine pipelines with practical cases.A standard framework is established for guiding disposal operations,dividing plan development into four stages:information collection,plan construction,plan comparison and plan execution.The work content and focus of each stage are also elaborated on.On this basis,the case of submarine pipeline disposal is combined to elaborate on the usage and impact of various disposal methods during the disposal process,and the characteristics of each method are compared from multiple perspectives,in order to provide guidance and reference for specific projects.
