摘 要:为研究三维电催化氧化技术处理含二(2-乙基己基)磷酸酯(P204)废水的效果,选用3种不同类型的电极为阳极、不锈钢板为阴极,以负载铁锰复合氧化物的活性炭为粒子电极构建三维电解体系,探讨了不同阳极材料对废水COD去除效果的影响,并通过单因素及正交试验考察粒子电极投加量、废水初始pH值、电解时间及电流密度等因素对废水COD去除率的影响。试验结果表明,含锡锑中间层的钛基二氧化铅电极优于钛基钌铱电极和石墨电极;三维电解体系的最佳工艺参数为:粒子电极投加量为100 g/L,废水初始pH值为6,电解时间为80 min,电流密度为50 mA/cm2;各因素的影响程度:电流密度>废水pH值>电解时间>粒子电极投加量;在最佳反应条件下连续进行49次重复电解试验,COD去除率仍能维持在93.5%以上,表明该三维电解体系具有良好的电催化活性和稳定性。In order to study the effect of three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation on treatment of wastewater containing di-(2-ethylhexyl)phosphate(P204),three-dimensional electrolytic system was constructed,which used three different types of electrodes as anode,stainless steel plate as cathode,and activated carbon loaded iron and manganese oxides as particle electrode,the effects of different anode materials on COD removal from the wastewater was discussed;besides,the effects of particle electrode dosage,initial pH value,electrolysis time and current density on COD removal were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests.The results showed that,for COD removal,titanium-based lead dioxide electrode with tin-antimony intermediate layer had a better efficiency than titanium-based ruthenium-iridium electrode and graphite electrode,the optimal process parameters of three-dimensional electrolysis system were as follows:the particle electrode dosage was 100 g/L,the initial pH value was 6,the electrolysis time was 80 min,and the current density was 50 mA/cm2.The influencing degree of the above factors was:current density>initial pH value>electrolysis time>particle electrode dosage.Under the optimal reaction condition,the COD removal rate was maintained at values higher than 93.5%after 49 times of continuous repeated electrolytic tests,which showed that three-dimensional electrolysis system has ideal electrocatalytic activity and stability.
