摘 要:为了消解废水处理过程逸出尾气中恶臭的挥发性有机物,采用臭氧催化氧化法进行处理,以二甲苯作为目标污染物,以二甲苯的消解率为指标,探讨了臭氧浓度、填料高度和入口流量对二甲苯消解率的影响,通过响应面试验优化工艺条件。结果表明,臭氧催化氧化消解二甲苯的最佳工艺条件为:臭氧浓度(体积分数)6.54%,填料高度15 cm,入口流量2 L/min。最佳条件下的二甲苯消解率为55%。To mitigate odorous volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emitted from tail gas during wastewater treatment,ozone catalytic oxidation method was adopted.Taking xylene as the target pollutant and its degradation rate as the indicator,the influence of ozone concentration,packing height and inlet flow rate on digestion rate of xylene was discussed;meanwhile,the process condition was optimized through response surface experiment.The results showed that,the optimal process condition for xylene digestion by ozone catalytic oxidation was as follows:the ozone concentration(volume fraction)was 6.54%,the packing height was 15 cm,the inlet flow rate was 2 L/min.Under the above condition,the degradation rate of xylene reached 55%.
