摘 要:为探究影响LIPS-200离子推力器地面测试一致性的因素,深入理解离子推力器工作机理,通过实验研究获取了LIPS-200离子推力器电参数对真空度及工质流率的敏感特性。结果表明:真空度从2×10^(-3)Pa至1×10^(-2)Pa的变化过程中,束电流为额定束电流的1.7%左右,而加速电流升高了3倍;在改变中和器工质流率时,束电流及阳极电压几乎没有变化;而在增大阳极及主阴极工质流率的过程中,阳极电压均减小,束电流随着阳极工质流率的增大而逐渐增大,随着主阴极工质流率的增大而逐渐减小。研究结果对提升离子推力器地面测试一致性及优化工作点设置具有参考价值。To investigate the factors that affect the ground testing consistency of the LIPS-200 ion thruster and to better understand its working mechanism,the influence of vacuum degree and working fluid flow rate on the electrical parameters of the LIPS-200 ion thruster was studied experimentally to obtain its sensitivity to vacuum degree and working fluid flow rate variation.The results show that when the vacuum degree changes from 2×10^(-3)Pa to 1×10^(-2)Pa,the variation of beam current is about 1.7%of the rated beam current,whereas the acceleration current increases by three times.When the neutralizer flow rate is changed,the beam current and anode voltage remain almost unchanged.The anode voltage decreases when the anode and the main cathode working fluid flow rate are increased.The beam current gradually increases with the increasing anode working fluid flow rate,while decreases with the increasing main cathode working fluid flow rate.The results may serve as a reference to improve the consistency of ground testing and to optimize the settings of working conditions for ion thruster experiments.
