摘  要:对船用燃气轮机箱装体进行数值模拟,得到箱装体内部的气流分布和箱装体壁面温度过高的缺陷,在此基础上对船用燃气轮机进行冷却结构优化设计。在箱装体内部设置分支结构以改善气流流向;在箱装体外部设置排气引射器以冷却箱装体并减少能耗;对排气引射器喷嘴进行后缘开缝处理以增加其引射效率。结果表明,所进行的优化设计可满足船用燃气轮机箱装体的冷却要求。The numerical simulation of marine gas turbine enclosure is performed,and the air flow distribution inside the enclosure and the defect of excessive temperature on enclosure wall surface are obtained.On the above basis,the optimization design of cooling structure of marine gas turbine is made.A branch structure is arranged inside the enclosure to improve the air flow direction;the exhaust gas ejector is installed outside the enclosure to cool the enclosure and reduce the energy consumption;the back edge slitting treatment of exhaust gas ejector nozzle is given to increase its ejection efficiency.The results show that the optimization design made can meet the cooling requirements of marine gas turbine enclosure.
