摘 要:为进一步推动风帆助推船舶的应用,介绍国内外风帆助推船舶发展现状,从技术性能、节能减排、营运经济和安全管理等方面进行风帆助推船舶发展对标分析,并对我国风帆助推船舶发展进行优势、劣势、机会、威胁(Strength,Weakness,Opportunities,Threats,SWOT)分析,旨在建立和保持我国在风帆助推船舶领域的国际前沿地位和领先技术能力。In order to further promote the application of sail-assisted propulsion ship,the development status of sail-assisted propulsion ship at home and abroad is introduced,the benchmarking analysis of sail-assisted propulsion ship development is conducted in technological performance,energy conservation and emission reduction,operating economy,and safety management,and the Strength,Weakness,Opportunities,Threats(SWOT)analysis of sail-assisted propulsion ship development in China is conducted,which is aimed at establishing and maintaining the international frontier position and leading technological capabilities of China in the field of sail-assisted propulsion ship.
