职业技能等级在造船企业生产工时管理中的应用

摘　　要：针对国内造船企业生产工时管理问题,介绍职业技能等级相关内容和韩国造船企业职业技能等级认定情况。论述生产工时管理的作用和业务流程,并进行职业技能等级等效工时对比。在系统软件中进行职业技能等级系数配置与职业技能等级配置,职业技能等级应用效果较好,为进一步提升国内造船企业生产工时管理准确性提供参考。In view of the production man-hour management of domestic shipbuilding enterprises,the relevant contents of vocational skill level and the vocational skill level identification of shipbuilding enterprises in Republic of Korea are introduced.The function and business process of production man-hour management are discussed,and the equivalent man-hours of vocational skill level are compared.The vocational skill level coefficient and vocational skill level are set in the system software,and the application effect of vocational skill level is good,which can provide reference for further improving the accuracy of production man-hour management in domestic shipbuilding enterprises.
