摘 要:针对齿面磨损条件下大模数齿轮齿条啮合时的齿轮齿根弯曲强度问题,以三峡升船机齿轮齿条传动副为研究对象,搭建立式齿轮齿条起升机构工况模拟实验台,通过齿轮变位方法分析沿齿廓载荷、磨损后齿轮齿厚等相关参数的变化,对正常、1/12磨损、1/6磨损和1/4磨损的齿轮齿根弯曲应力进行解析计算和实验验证。结果表明:齿轮弯曲应力随着磨损加剧和载荷的增大而增大,单齿啮合区间的弯曲应力比双齿啮合区显著增大,单齿啮合占比时间随着磨损量的增加而增加,表明齿轮磨损劣化了传动系统工况,加速了传动系统的性能退化过程。通过对单、双齿段啮合弯曲应力进行定量分析,解析计算与实验验证的误差最大值为4.02%,处于较低水平,2种方法的结果相互验证,保证了分析的正确性和精度。In view of the problem of gear root bending strength with the large modulus rack and pinion meshing under the condition of tooth surface wear,the simulation test bench of the vertical rack and pinion lifting mechanism was built with the gear rack and pinion transmission pair of the Three Gorges ship lift as the research object,and the changes of related parameters such as the load along the tooth profile and the gear tooth thickness after wear were studied by the gear displacement method.The gear root bending stresses of normal,1/12 wear,1/6 wear and 1/4 wear were analytically calculated and experimentally verified.The results show that the gear bending stress increases with the increase of wear and load,the bending stress in the single-tooth meshing interval is significantly higher than that in the double-tooth meshing section,and the proportion of single-tooth meshing time increases with the increase of wear,indicating that gear wear deteriorates the working conditions of the transmission system and accelerates the performance degradation process of the transmission system.Through the quantitative analysis of the meshing bending stress of single and double tooth segments,the maximum error value of analytical calculation and experimental verification is 4.02%,and its value is at a low level,and the results of the two methods verify each other,the correctness and accuracy of the analysis are guaranteed.
