摘 要:摩擦副的摩擦磨损是限制机械设备服役性能的主要原因,织构化处理是当前提升摩擦副接触面摩擦特性的有效方法,但当前的织构化研究缺乏液压工况下织构参数的设计体系。针对此问题,采用仿真和试验方法,对往复运动形式下的织构化表面润滑、摩擦特性进行正交化分析。使用极差分析方法,以仿真组动压承载力与试验组磨损量为评价标准,得到各参数对织构化表面摩擦特性的影响权重为:直径>深度>面密度>形状,最优织构参数为外接圆直径700μm、形状三角形、深度300μm、面密度8%。建立了液压工况下的织构最优参数设计体系,为织构化处理在液压摩擦副的实际应用奠定了基础。Friction wear of the friction pair is the main reason for limiting the service performance of mechanical equipment,texturing treatment is an effective method to improve the friction characteristics of the contact surface of the friction pair,the current texturing research lacks the design system of the texturing parameters under the hydraulic working conditions.In view of this problem,simulation and experimental methods were used to orthogonalize the lubrication and friction characteristics of textured surfaces in the form of reciprocating motion.Using the range analysis method,the dynamic pressure load capacity of the simulation group and the wear amount of the test group were taken as the evaluation standard,and the weights of each parameter′s influence on the texturing surfaces were obtained as diameter>depth>areal density>shape,and the optimal texturing parameters were outer circle diameter of 700μm,triangular shape,the depth of 300μm,and the areal density of 8%.The optimal parameter design system of texture was established under hydraulic working conditions.It lays foundation for the practical application of texturing treatment in hydraulic friction pair.
