摘  要:阿斯巴甜(ASP)是一种广泛应用的人工甜味剂,在环境中被频繁检出,对人类健康和水生生态系统具有潜在的不利影响,作为一种新污染物日益受到人们的关注。国际癌症研究机构将其列入可能致癌物清单,因此,研究其在自然环境中的污染水平、来源和健康风险具有重要的科学意义。本文系统梳理了国内外有关人工甜味剂ASP在环境中的分布、来源和环境风险等方面的研究现状,结果表明:1)ASP在全球范围内各种环境介质中分布广泛,浓度处于ng/L或ng/g水平,属于痕量有机污染物;2)ASP易于分布在水体固相有机体系,如悬浮颗粒物、河流沉积物和污泥中,当环境条件改变时,吸附在固相中的ASP可能会重新释放到水体,导致环境水体中ASP浓度高于污水处理厂出水的现象;3)风险评估显示目前环境中ASP基本处于低风险或无风险水平;4)固相萃取和液相色谱质谱联用(SPE-LC-MS/MS)是准确定量环境样品中ASP的有效分析方法。基于现有文献分析,今后研究应重点关注ASP的生物地球化学行为、毒性效应及人体健康风险。Aspartame(ASP),a widely used artificial sweetener,is of increasing concern as an emerging contaminant due to its frequent detection in the environment and potential adverse effects on human health and aquatic ecosystems.ASP has been listed as a possible carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer,emphasizing the importance of studying its pollution levels,sources,and health risks in the natural environment.This article systematically reviews the current research status on the distribution,sources,and environmental risks of ASP in both domestic and international studies.The results indicate that:1)ASP is widely distributed in various environmental media worldwide,with concentrations at ng/L or ng/g levels,categorizing it as a trace organic pollutant;2)ASP tends to distribute in solid organic matrices in water systems,such as suspended particulate matter,river sediments,and sludge.Changes in environmental conditions can lead to the re-release of adsorbed ASP into the water,resulting in higher concentrations of ASP in the ambient water than those in wastewater treatment plant effluents;3)Risk assessments show that ASP in the environment is currently at low or no risk levels;iv)Solid-phase extraction coupled with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(SPE-LC-MS/MS)is an effective analytical method for accurate quantification of ASP in environmental samples.Based on the existing literatures,future research should focus on the biogeochemical behavior,toxic effects,and human health risks associated with ASP.
