产业导向下苏南地区乡村振兴发展策略探析——以无锡山联村为例

摘　　要：苏南地区城镇化水平较高,但乡村发展仍面临诸多问题。党的“十九大”提出乡村振兴战略,引导乡村通过特色产业实现可持续发展。以无锡山联村为例,基于其特色产业与资源,提出“显山水、优品质、塑特色、谋发展”四大思路,从景观结构、交通系统、产业经济和人居环境4个方面提出振兴策略。同时围绕特色产业策划文旅节庆活动,打造新时代都市近郊田园综合体。The level of urbanization in the southern region of in Southern Jiangsu Province is relatively high,yet rural development still faces many problems.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy for rural revitalization,aiming to guide rural areas towards sustainable development through distinc-tive industries.Taking Shanlian Village in Wuxi as an example,based on its unique industries and resources,four major approaches are proposed of“highlighting natural landscapes,promoting quality,shaping distinct characteristics,and planning for development”,revitaliza-tion strategies are then presented from four perspectives of landscape structure,transportation system,industrial economy and living environment.Additionally,cultural tourism and festival activities centered around specialized industries are planned to create suburban rural pastoral complex in the new era.
