摘 要:本文在确定生料粗颗粒石英和碳酸盐矿相含量检测方法的基础上,对多家水泥生产企业合计17个样品进行生料特性及易烧性相关性分析。研究表明生料易烧性与其粗颗粒石英含量、率值以及矿化元素含量有关,对于易烧性较差的水泥窑线企业,可结合实际情况,合理调整生料率值、配料方案及细度来改善易烧性,如适当下调饱和比、降低细度筛余、使用含磷氟等矿化元素废渣等。On the basis of determining the detection method for the content of coarse quartz and carbonate minerals in raw meal,this ar⁃ticle conducts correlation analysis on the characteristics and combustibility of raw materials for a total of 17 samples from multiple ce⁃ment kiln enterprises.Research has shown that the burnability of raw meal is related to the content and percentage of coarse quartz par⁃ticles,as well as the content of mineralized elements.For cement kiln enterprises with poor burnability of raw meal,reasonable adjust⁃ments can be made to the raw meal percentage,ingredient scheme,and fineness based on the actual situation to improve the burnabili⁃ty,such as appropriately reducing the saturation ratio,reducing fineness screening residue,and using mineralized element waste resi⁃due containing fluorine.
