摘 要:本文研究协同处置污染土对水泥窑工况及熟料质量的影响,探讨其代替硅质材料的可行性,解决其对环境的污染。结果表明:利用水泥窑协同处置污染土可替代硅质材料淤沙,为降低碱含量的不利影响,其最佳处置台时为8.3 t/h,原料替代率可达2.08%。处置过程水泥强度未受影响,且水泥浸出重金属、烟气排放、污水水质满足国标要求,真正实现无害化处置和资源化利用。This article studies the impact of collaborative disposal of polluted soil on the working conditions of cement kilns and the quality of clinker,explores the feasibility of using it as a substitute for siliceous materials,and solves its environmental pollution.The results show that using cement kilns to synergistically dispose of polluted soil can replace siliceous materials for siltation.To reduce the adverse effects of alkali content,the optimal disposal time is 8.3 t/h,and the raw material substitution rate can reach 2.08%.The ce⁃ment strength was not affected during the disposal process,and the leaching of heavy metals,smoke emissions,and sewage quality of the cement met the national standard requirements,truly achieving harmless disposal and resource utilization.
