摘　　要：中联泰丰水泥有限公司石灰石CaO含量波动较大,石灰石品位低,导致有害成分高,熟料的烧结能力低,预热器系统阻力大,窑系统的风量不足,存在还原气氛。结合实际生产工作经验,从原材料的均化、煅烧、工艺参数调整、生料配料、熟料急冷及生料矿化剂应用方面入手,提出了熟料的强度提升措施。Zhonglian Taifeng Cement Co.,Ltd.'s limestone CaO content fluctuates greatly,with low limestone grade,resulting in high harmful components,low sintering capacity of clinker,high resistance in the preheater system,insufficient air flow in the kiln system,and a reducing atmosphere.This paper mainly combines the actual work experience of production,the author from the aspects of raw material homogenization,calcination,process parameter adjustment,raw material proportioning,quench cooling of clinker and applica⁃tion of raw material mineralizer,the strength enhancement measures of clinker are put forward for reference.
