摘　　要：某公司新型水泥立磨采用四辊高压设计,首次将单辊碾压力设计为2000 kN,并采用多种减振专利技术,调试期间对高熟料配比下的各比表面积水泥、运行模式进行了探索优化,运行效果良好。A new cement vertical mill of a certain company adopts a four roll high-pressure design,and for the first time,the single roll rolling pressure is designed to be 2000 kN.Multiple vibration reduction patented technologies are also used.During the debugging peri⁃od,various cement ratios and operating modes under high clinker ratio were explored and optimized,and the operating effect was good.
