摘 要:节能减排是我国长期基本国策之一,大型公共建筑能耗是终端能源消费的重要组成部分,具有重大的节能潜力,建筑前期合理的节能设计方案是实现节能减排的重要基础和保证,以上海美的全球创新园区项目为例,结合该项目节能评估经验,深入剖析大型总部办公建筑在建筑、电气、给排水、暖通等专业方面的节能设计要点,为大型公共建筑节能减排提供有益参考。Energy saving and emission reduction is one of the long-term basic national policies of Chi-na,large-scale public building energy consumption is an important part of the terminal energy con-sumption,with significant energy saving potential,reasonable energy saving design solutions in the early stages of construction is an important foundation and guarantee to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.Taking Shanghai Midea's Global Innovation Park project as an example and com-bining it with the experience from its energy saving assessment,an in-depth analysis of large-scale headquarter office buildings in the building,electrical,Water supply and drainage,HVAC and other pro-fessional aspects of energy saving design points,for large public buildings to provide a useful reference for energy saving and emission reduction.
