摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是最常见的神经系统变性疾病,其特征是认知障碍、精神行为异常和社会功能下降。目前主流的治疗药物胆碱酯酶抑制剂和N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体拮抗剂,主要侧重于改善认知功能。针对疾病病因的新药开发缓慢,可供选择的药物有限。认知训练作为一种新的认知干预方法,可通过增加认知储备、促进神经可塑性来改善认知、提升日常生活能力和调节情绪,在阿尔茨海默病的治疗中越来越受到重视。本文综述了认知训练在阿尔茨海默病中的临床研究及应用,旨在为阿尔茨海默病中认知训练的合理应用提供参考。Alzheimer disease is the most common neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive impairment,mental and behavioral disorders,and decreased social functioning.The current mainstream therapeutic drugs,cholinesterase inhibitors and N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor antagonists,mainly focus on improving cognitive function.The advancement in the development of novel therapeutics for the etiology has been sluggish,and there exists a paucity of drug options available.As a novel cognitive intervention approach,cognitive training has received increasing attention in the treatment of Alzheimer disease due to its ability to enhance cognition,improve daily living skills,and regulate emotions by bolstering cognitive reserve and promoting neuroplasticity.This article reviews the clinical research and application of cognitive training in Alzheimer disease,aiming to provide reference for rational application of cognitive training in Alzheimer disease.
