摘 要:针对小卫星星座项目在卫星总装、测试与试验(AIT)过程中进度拖延的问题,识别出一系列影响卫星生产进度的风险,结合星座项目的特点,提出了小卫星大批量AIT进度风险管控措施,在产品交付、总装与测试过程、资源分配等方面根据关键要素,制定了流程优化方案,经在某小卫星星座AIT过程中实践,结果表明:上述措施有效的将AIT过程进度风险降至可控范围,实现了小卫星星座项目在规定期限内高质量的完成研制任务,可以为今后大规模小卫星星座研制提供参考。In response to the issue of schedule delays in the satellite assembly,integration and testing(AIT)process of small satellite constellation projects,a series of risks that affect satellite production progress have been identified.Based on the characteristics of constellation projects,risk control measures for large-scale AIT progress of small satellites have been proposed in this paper.According to the key elements such as product delivery,assembly and testing processes and resource allocation,process optimization plans have been developed.Through practice in the AIT process of a certain small satellite constellation,the results show that the above measures can effectively reduce the AIT process schedule risk to a controllable range,achieve high-quality completion of the development tasks of small satellite constellation projects within the specified period,and provide reference for future large-scale small satellite constellation development.
