腕踝针配合头针治疗恢复期脑卒中偏瘫患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探究腕踝针配合头针治疗在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床疗效。方法选取2020年8月至2023年8月安徽中医药大学附属淮北中医院收治的114例脑卒中偏瘫患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分为3组,A组(n=38)进行常规的康复训练,B组(n=38)在A组基础上联合腕踝针治疗,C组(n=38)在A组基础上联合头针与腕踝针治疗。记录3组患者治疗3个月后的临床疗效,比较治疗前及治疗3个月后的中医证候积分、肌力恢复情况、运动功能[Fugl-Meyer运动量表(FMA)]、步行能力(Holden步行功能分级)和生活质量(Barthel指数)。结果治疗3个月后,C组患者临床疗效高于A组和B组(P<0.05);3组患者中医证候积分均降低,且C组低于A组及B组(P<0.05);3组患者肌力、FMA、Holden、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分均升高,且C组患者高于A组及B组(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中偏瘫患者实施头针联合腕踝针的治疗方式疗效确切,能促进患者肌力恢复,改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with scalp acupuncture on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Methods A total of 114 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to Huaibei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into three groups according to the random number table method.Group A(n=38)was given routine rehabilitation training,group B(n=38)was treated with wrist-ankle acupuncture on the basis of routine rehabilitation training,and group C(n=38)was treated with the combination of wrist-ankle acupuncture and scalp acupuncture on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.The clinical efficacy after 3 months of treatment was recorded.The differences in TCM syndrome score,muscle strength recovery,motor function[Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)],walking ability(Holden Walking Function Classification)and quality of life(Barthel Index)were compared before treatment and after 3 months of treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy in group C was higher than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score decreased in the three groups,and the above indicator in group C was lower than that in group A and group B(P<0.05).The muscle strength,FMA score,Holden score and Barthel Index were increased in the three groups,and the above indicators in group C were higher than those in group A and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Scalp acupuncture combined with wrist-ankle acupuncture is effective in the treatment of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,which promotes the recovery of muscle strength and improves the quality of life of patients.
