摘　　要：目的评估四川省精神专科护士培训对其一般自我效能感、心理弹性及其各维度(坚韧、自强和乐观)的提升效果。方法采用自身前后对照试验设计,对2023年9—11月参加四川省精神专科护士培训班的57名护士进行系统培训,包括理论教学、临床实践、团体督导、主题沙龙等多个模块,共500学时。在培训前和培训后采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)和中文版Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)对精神专科护士进行测量。结果与培训前比较,培训后护士的GSES得分和CD-RISC得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中坚韧、自强和乐观3个维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本研究通过系统培训,提升了精神专科护士的自我效能感和心理弹性,证明培训方案有效。Objective This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of a specialized psychiatric nurse training program in Sichuan Province on improving general self-efficacy,psychological resilience and its dimensions(toughness,self-reliance,and optimism).Methods A self-controlled before-and-after study design was used.A total of 57 nurses who participated in the psychiatric nurse training program in Sichuan Province from September to November 2023 underwent the systematic training.The training comprised multiple modules,including theoretical instruction,clinical practice,group supervision,and thematic salons,totaling 500 hours.The General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES)and the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were administered before and after the training.Results Compared to the pre-training scores,the post-training scores on the GSES and the CD-RISC for nurses showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05),with particular significance observed in the 3 dimensions of toughness,self-reliance,and optimism(P<0.05).Conclusion This study demonstrates the effectiveness of a systematic training program in enhancing the self-efficacy and psychological resilience of psychiatric nurses.
