摘　　要：档案数字监管是将数字技术与档案监督管理充分结合的新模式,是档案事业治理体系和治理能力现代化探索的重要组成。文章系统介绍了美国国家档案与文件署在档案人员、档案信息、档案工作和档案机构等方面的数字监管经验,发现其中的公民参与得到了保障,监管法治能同步跟进,监管科技被积极运用;结合实际,认为我国应强化档案监管中的数字协同治理,关注监管中的法治新对象,以及重视监管中的技术驱动。Digital supervision of archives is a new model that fully integrates digital technology with archival supervision and management,which is an important component of the modernization exploration of the archival governance system and governance capabilities.This paper systematically introduces NARA's digital supervision experience in archival personnel,archival information,archival undertakings,and archival institutions,and finds that citizen participation is guaranteed,the rule of law in supervision can be followed up synchronously,and the technology of supervision is actively applied.Based on reality,it is believed that China should strengthen digital collaborative governance in archival supervision,pay attention to new objects of rule of law in supervision,and pay attention to technology-driven supervision.
