摘　　要：设计了一种介质振荡器加速储存寿命试验平台,其由温度试验系统、测试系统和数据采集系统等系统组成,可以稳定控制温度,实时监测产品性能,进行监测数据采集,并且得到的试验数据准确度高,可用于加速储存寿命推算。该试验平台经济实用,可为其他电子元器件开展加速储存寿命试验提供参考。A dielectric resonator oscillator accelerated storage life testing platform is designed,which is composed of temperature testing system,testing system and data acquisition system.It can stably control temperature,monitor the product performance in real time,collect monitoring data,and the testing data obtained is highly accurate,so it can be used to estimate the accelerated storage life.The testing platform is economical and practical,and can provide a reference for other electronic components to carry out accelerated storage life testing.
