摘  要:说明了信号发生器和频谱分析仪谐波校准测量的重要性,指出现有的频谱分析仪校准规范中关于二次谐波失真的测量方法不够完善,以及使用频谱分析仪校准信号发生器二次谐波时会出现测量结果偏差较大的问题。通过对不同型号频谱分析仪在不同设置情况下的测试结果进行分析,总结出了在使用现有的很多主流频谱分析仪测量谐波时会由于衰减器设置不当,而造成测量结果出现很大的偏差,根据结果分析,大部分频谱分析仪信号分析能力不够好,只能通过增大衰减器的值,使得测试结果接近实际值。结合产品说明书和实验证明,更改后的方法使得不同类型的频谱分析仪都能够比较准确地测量出二次谐波的实际值,比如N9000B的现有测量方法结果比实际结果偏高了7.0~14.3 dB。The importance of harmonic wave calibration and measurement of signal generator and spectrum analyzer is explained.It is pointed out that the measurement method of the second harmonic distortion in the existing calibration specification of the spectrum analyzer is not perfect,and the problem of the measurement result deviation is large when using the spectrum analyzer to calibrate the second harmonic of the signal generator.Through the analysis of the test results of different types of spectrum analyzers under different settings,it is concluded that when using many existing mainstream spectrum analyzers to measure harmonics,there will be great deviation of measurement results due to the improper setting of the attenuator.According to the analysis of the results,a large part of spectrum analyzers are not good enough at signal analysis,and can only increase the value of the attenuator to make the test results close to the actual value.Combined with the product specifications and experimental results,the modified method enables different types of spectrum analyzers to accurately measure the actual value of the second harmonic.For example,the results obtained by the existing measurement method of N9000B is 7.0~14.3 dB higher than the actual value.
