摘 要:为了应对目前量子通信领域中所有用到的高速窄脉冲激光源在没有相关技术规范的情况下计量校准难的问题,从而解决高速窄脉冲激光源量值溯源问题,确保工业研究及应用中的量值的准确可靠,对量子通信中高速窄脉冲激光源校准技术进行了研究。首先,介绍了高速窄脉冲激光源的组成及工作原理;其次,通过分析高速窄脉冲激光源的功能及应用影响参数,确定了高速窄脉冲激光源校准的7个校准项目;然后,提出了每个项目的校准方法并搭建了各个项目校准所需设备系统;最后,依据校准所得波形验证了校准方法的有效性。In order to solve the problem that all high-speed narrow pulse laser sources used in the field of quantum communication are difficult to measure and calibrate without relevant technical specifications,so as to solve the problem of difficult to trace the magnitude value of high-speed narrow pulse laser sources,and ensure the accuracy and reliability of the magnitude value in industrial research and application,the calibration technology of high-speed narrow pulse laser sources in quantum communication is studied.Firstly,the composition and working principle of the high speed narrow pulse laser source are introduced.Secondly,by analyzing the function and application parameters of the high speed narrow pulse laser source,seven calibration items of the high speed narrow pulse laser source calibration are determined.Then,the calibration method of each project is proposed and the equipment system required for each project calibration is set up.Finally,the effectiveness of the calibration method is verified according to the waveform obtained.
