摘  要:针对导线在不同环境下的使用需求,了解其载流量性能尤为重要。通过试验设计,搭建多个模拟实际应用场景的导线工作环境,对比不同环境下导线的载流量变化趋势,进一步研究导线在常温环境、高温环境和低气压环境下导线的最大可持续性安全工作电流范围,并通过理论分析,了解在高温环境和低气压环境下导线载流量降低的原因,为多种环境下导线安全应用范围提供了重要的参考价值,从而最大限度地发挥导线的传输能力,满足使用需求。In view of the use requirements of wires in different environments,it is particularly important to understand their current carrying capacity performance.Through experimental design,a number of wire working environments that simulate practical application scenarios are built,and the trend of current carrying capacity of wires in different environments is compared.The maximum sustainable and safe working current range of wires in normal temperature environment,high temperature environment and low pressure environment is further studied.Through theoretical analysis,the reasons for the decrease of current carrying capacity of wires in high temperature environment and low pressure environment are understood,which provides important reference value for the safe application range of wires in various environments,so as to maximize the use of the transmission capacity of wires and meet the needs of use.
