摘　　要：首先,介绍了产品技术状态管理的工作流程;然后,分别阐述了技术状态标识、技术状态控制、技术状态记实和技术状态审核等活动要点;最后,详细描述了工程实践中,产品在立项论证阶段、方案设计阶段、样机研制及性能验证试验阶段、性能鉴定试验及状态鉴定阶段、产品定型阶段、订购生产阶段、运行维护阶段等阶段技术状态管理的具体内容。实践证明,产品技术状态管理方法应用到类似的项目上,可以大大地提高产品研发及工程研制的质量和效率。Firstly,the working process of product technical status management is introduced.Then,the key points of technical status identification,technical status control,technical status recording and technical status audit are described respectively.Finally,the specific content of technical status management in product project demonstration stage,scheme design stage,prototype development and performance verification test stage,performance appraisal test and state appraisal stage,product type stage,ordering production stage,operation and maintenance stage in engineering practice is described in detail.Practice has proved that the product technical status management method can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of product research and development and engineering development when applied to similar projects.
