摘 要:为研究高分子聚合物固化剂对水泥石灰土强度和耐久性的影响,以醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚乳液、纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、聚乙二醇、纳米二氧化硅(n-SiO2)、木质素磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、KH-550等为原料,制备了一种高分子聚物土壤固化剂V。通过7 d无侧限抗压强度试验确定固化剂与水泥、石灰的最适宜配比,并对固化剂稳定土进行水稳定试验、冻融试验、劈裂试验,分析稳定土路用性能。结果表明:当固化剂掺量为0.1%,水泥掺量为5%,石灰掺量为3%时,试件7 d无侧限抗压强度最高,为5.46 MPa。养护28 d后,试件水稳定系数、抗冻指标和劈裂强度分别为89.66%、83.7%、0.77 MPa。通过数据对比可知,固化剂对水泥石灰土各性能有明显提升。In order to study the effect of high polymer curing agent on the strength and durability of cement lime soil,a high molecular polymer soil curing agent V is prepared with vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion,pure acrylic emulsion,silicone acrylic emulsion,polyethylene glycol,nano-silicon dioxide(n-SiO 2),calcium lignosulphonate,sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,KH-550,etc.as raw materials.The optimal ratio of curing agent to cement and lime is determined through a 7-day unconfined compressive strength test.The curing agent stabilized soil is subjected to water stability tests,freeze-thaw tests,and splitting tests to analyze its road performance.The results show that when the dosage of curing agent is 0.1%,cement is 5%,and lime is 3%,the unconfined compressive strength of the specimen is the highest at 5.46 MPa after 7 days.After 28 days of curing,the water stability coefficient,frost resistance index,and splitting strength of the specimens are 89.66%,83.7%,and 0.77 MPa respectively.Through data comparison,it can be seen that the solidification agent has significantly improved the various properties of cement lime stabilized soil.
