职业道德教育课程体系的构建依据与实践审思

摘  要:职业道德教育是高校尤其是职业院校人才培养的重要内容,国家为此曾出台许多文件。但高校在具体落实方面存在重视程度不够、课程体系不健全等问题。基于康德道德价值论和大学生对职业道德的认知规律,构建职业道德教育内容体系为职业理想、职业荣誉、职业态度、职业操守、职业精神和职业幸福。职业道德教育课程体系构建要遵从道德教育认知发展规律、职业行为发展规律和服务于人的终身学习理念。积极探索构建职业道德的教育理念与养成教育课程体系一体化的现代组织架构;四途径并进,创建养成教育实施路径和搭建职业道德建设保障“四平台”等途径方法。Professional ethics education is an important content of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,especially in vocational colleges.The country has issued many documents for this purpose,but there are problems such as insufficient attention and incomplete curriculum system in the specific implementation of universities.Based on Kant’s moral value theory and the cognitive rules of college students towards professional ethics,the content system of professional ethics education is constructed as follows:professional ideals,professional honors,professional attitudes,professional ethics,professional spirit,and professional happiness.The construction of professional ethics education curriculum system should comply with the cognitive development laws of moral education,the development laws of professional behavior,and the lifelong learning concept of serving people.We should actively exploring the modern organizational structure that integrates the construction of professional ethics education concepts and the development of education curriculum systems;make four ways go hand in hand,creating implementation paths for cultivating education and building“four platforms”to ensure professional ethics construction.
