摘　　要：过热水及动力水是蒸锅硫化工艺中的重要组成成分,是必不可少的一部分。二者的安全稳定使用是硫化生产的重要保证。由于硫化机装备的自身结构配置特点,会造成二者的互串,给整个硫化生产带来非常大的麻烦,如活塞结垢、胶囊腐蚀等不良状况。针对这种状况,特对此进行了相关调查研究、分析,制定了合理的处理措施及建议。Superheated water and power water are important components in the vaporizer vulcanization process and are essential parts.The safe and stable use is an important guarantee for vulcanization production.Due to the vulcanizer equipment's own structural characteristics,will cause the two of the mutual string,to the whole vulcanization production brings very big trouble,such as piston fouling,capsule corrosion and other bad conditions.In view of this situation,special relevant investigation and research,analysis,development of a reasonable treatment measures and recommendations.
