建立云南玉溪地区健康人群血小板生物参考区间标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立并验证云南玉溪地区健康人群外周血血小板相关参数的生物参考区间标准,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2020年8月-2021年7月玉溪市人民医院行血常规健康体检人群的PLT计数及相关参数,建立云南玉溪地区健康人群生物参考区间的新标准,对比验证新标准与原有行业标准在玉溪地区的适用性。结果云南玉溪地区PLT计数及相关参数存在性别、季节和年龄段差异,新建立的PLT参数生物参考区间标准与行业标准存在差异,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经验证新建立的参考区间标准更能真实反映玉溪地区健康人群PLT参数状况。结论云南玉溪地区PLT计数及相关参数受性别、季节和年龄段的影响,新建立的血小板生物参考区间标准更适用于云南玉溪地区人群诊疗。Objective To establish and verify the biological reference interval standards for peripheral blood platelet related parameters in healthy population in Yuxi area of Yunnan Province,and provide reference basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The PLT count and related parameters of health healthy people who underwent blood routine physical examination in Yuxi People's Hospital from August 2020 to July 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.A new interval standard of biological reference of healthy population in Yuxi area of Yunnan was established,and the applicability of the new standard and the original industry standard in Yuxi area was compared and verified.Results There were differences in PLT count and related parameters among genders,seasons and age groups in the Yuxi area of Yunnan.There were differences between the newly established biological reference interval standard of PLT parameters and the industry standards,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Experience had shown that the newly established reference interval standard could more accurately reflected the PLT parameter status of healthy populations in Yuxi area.Conclusions The PLT count and related parameters in Yuxi area of Yunnan Province were influenced by gender,season and age group.The newly established platelet biological reference interval standard is more suitable for the diagnosis and treatment of the population in Yuxi area of Yunnan.
