系统免疫炎症指数在干燥综合征中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探讨SII在pSS合并T2DM的诊断和疗效评估中的应用价值。方法集了2020年1月-2021年12月期间门诊就诊的136例pSS患者,其中包括28例pSS-T2DM患者和108例单纯pSS患者,并随机选择了124例T2DM患者作为对照组。本文用全自动血细胞分析仪检测血细胞参数,并根据血常规结果计算SII、NLR和LMR等指标。结果与pSS组相比,pSS-T2DM组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞总数、中性粒细胞、NLR和SII均明显升高;与T2DM组相比,pSS-T2DM组的超敏C反应蛋白、中性粒细胞、NLR、PLR和SII升高,糖化血红蛋白、淋巴细胞及LMR降低;与T2DM组相比,pSS组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、白细胞总数、淋巴细胞数及LMR降低,PLR升高。结论SII与pSS发生发展为pSS-T2DM存在相关性,联合应用血常规NLR、PLR等指标对pSS的诊断和预后评估具有较好的应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of SII in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of pSS combined T2DM.Methods A total of 136 pSS patients who visited outpatient clinics from January 2020 to December 2021 were collected,including 28 pSS-T2DM patients and 108 pSS patients alone,and 124 T2DM patients were randomly selected as a control group.In this paper,automatic blood cell analyzer was used to detect blood cell parameters,and SII,NLR and LMR were calculated based on the results.Results Compared with the pSS group,the levels of blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),white blood cell count,neutrophils,NLR and SII were significantly higher in pSS-T2DM group;Compared with the T2DM group,hs-CRP levels,neutrophils,NLR,PLR and SII increased while glycated hemoglobin,Lymphocytes,and LMR decreased in the pSS-T2DM group;Compared with T2DM group,blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,total white blood cell count,Lymphocyte count,and LMR decreased while PLR increased in pSS Group.Conclusions SII is correlated with the occurrence and development of pSS to pSS-T2DM,and the combined application of blood routine test,NLR,PLR and other indicators has good application value in the diagnosis and prognosis assessment of pSS.
